1. Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

2. Shipping Fees and Delivery Estimates
Your order's shipping fees will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

National (within Europe): 3-7 business days.
International: 7-21 business days.
Please note that delivery delays may occasionally occur.

3. Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped, including your tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
CreativeDigit'Art is not responsible for customs duties and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

5. Damages
CreativeDigit'Art is not responsible for products damaged or lost during transit. If you receive a damaged order, please contact the carrier to file a claim. Retain all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

We ship worldwide. Shipping rates and delivery times for international orders will be calculated at checkout.
